Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges, so customers are encouraged to return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the products.
Print Return Label
Log into your 6pm account to locate your order history and print the pre-paid shipping label provided for your return.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized UPS shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
